It’s ok to put boundaries in place that honors your life, family, faith, supports healthy habits and soundness of mind and spirit.
Take small steps. If this is your first time or you’re unsure how to put new plans in place, here are a few suggestions.
1. You can join a new small group of people who encourage and uplift.
2. Block out a time of day for just doing something you love, or to rediscover things you’ve once enjoyed.
3. Take up a new interest.
4. Join a book club. I’ve recently joined a book club made up of incredible women. I’m so excited about getting back to reading.
5. Refrain from arguments.
6. Make new commitments. I’ll share what mine looks like in a follow up post.
